Our Biggest Software Update Ever
Today, we are proud to report 2 major updates that will make Sobriety Hub infinitely more valuable to our fledgling customers. These updates are:
- Resident Autopay, automatic invoicing with payment links sent to residents (SMS and Email), support for cash, card, ACH and Cash App Pay within Sobriety Hub.
- "Tag-able" and Signable Files in Sobriety Hub for seamless intakes and digitized paperwork.
- Resident Autopay, automatic invoicing with payment links sent to residents (SMS and Email), support for cash, card, ACH and Cash App Pay. We added a payment processor in Sobriety Hub. When you go to the "payments" page in the app, you will be prompted to set up payouts. Follow this process to be able to put your residents on autopay, send SMS and email notifications to residents when rent is due, and collect rent via cash, card, ACH, and even Cash App. With this feature, you will no longer have to chase down rent. After you set up and activate your residents, they will be charged automatically (unless you use cash).
- "Tag-able" and Signable Files - We updated the files system to be more user friendly. The most notable update is that you can now tag residents.After a resident signs a file, you can "tag" the resident, which attaches the file to their resident detail page.
